This farm is owned by Reinaldo de Oliveira Costa and his wife. They grow Red Acaia and Yellow Catuai varietals on the 2,5 hectare. They harvest manually with the help of their family and seasonal workers. 
The cherries are placed on the spread cloth sheets to avoid contact with the soil. After the picking cherries are transported to the processing centre where are sorted using a floating tank. The ripest cherries are dried under the sun on patios.
