The specialty coffee production in China is on the rise. The Banka farm and mill is located at an elevation of 1350 metres above sea level.
On the Banka farm, they started to grow very unusual varieties for the region, such as Pacamara or Yellow Bourbon. This lot was processed by a classic natural method. In the flavour, you can expect a very sweet and higher body, with the flavour of berries and winey acidity.
