This coffee comes from the farmer Jorge Edison Gomez Medina, who owns the farm and take care of it together with his wife and two children. He processed the coffee by a washed method with a 48 hours fermentation. Jorge got into the coffee world through his grandparents. This lot, Jorge with his family produced, is really sweet with a gentle acidity of tropical fruit. Jorge also cares about the local biodiversity so he does not pollute water or cut trees.
