Smallholder Mynor Cano in Guatemala. He decided to dedicate these places to coffee plants. He produces premium quality coffee. On his farm cherries are collected by hand and then washed and fermented for 30 hours. After that, coffee beans are dried for 5 days. The final result is very sweet. You will taste chocolate with candied fruit, raspberry, and molasses.
Diamonds roastery is based in Slovakia and the roasting road started in 2014. They tried and failed, using multiple roasting machines and hundreds of kilos of beans. Since 2017 they started their production full time and the result is on fire.
