Pegasing is a very progressive farm and a washing station. While most of the coffee in Indonesia is processed by the local "wet hulling" method, on Pegasing station they are not afraid to experiment with both classical washed/natural methods and new experimental processings. This lot eas processed by the classic washed method with 20 hours of fermentation. The result is really sweet, with bright acidity and flavours of tropical fruit, apricots and trhe aftertaste of spices and nuts.
