Myanmar Ywangan Washed Red Catuai

This coffee comes from the Mandalay Coffee Group's project. The coffee for this lot was collected from 50 farmers, who own around 0,25-3 acres of land. Besides coffee, they also grow several kinds of trees, such as papaya, avocado or jackfruit, to provide the coffee plants required shade.

This is a very mellow coffee with flavours of honeycomb, kiwi and vanilla.
