The Janson family has a long history of growing coffee. They plant their coffee trees in the Volcán region of Panama. Their aim is to create unique coffees with an interesting taste profile. They focus mainly on growing varieties such as Caturra, Catuai and Geisha. Michael and Calle Janson are really proud of their geisha trees because they grow the indigenous "green tip geisha" variety.
This coffee is very juicy and clean with a beautiful floral taste of jasmine and violets. The acidity is high and citric.
